JOB CRITERION


The standard criteria used for evaluating employees’ performance on a specific job; it consists of supervisor’s ratings of employees’ performance, together with objective measures, such as quantity of productivity or absentee rates.

JOB CRITERION: “Job Criterion is the standard used to evaluate employee’s performance.”
